Q: How long do my Little Suckers take to get here.
A: Standard delivery is 3-5 working days. First class is available to select at checkout, that normally takes 1-2 working days. (Delays expected due to COVID19)
A: Once we have shipped your order to Royal Mail they are then liable for delivery of your order. This is normally 3-5 working days and not tracked. (Delays expected due to COVID19)
Q: Where can I find the ingredients to your sweet bags?
A: If you check out our sweets page, all the ingredients of each sweet we sell is on there.
Q: Do I have to be Vegan to enjoy these sweets?
A: No not at all, these sweets taste just as good if not better than gelatine sweets.
Q: Where is your Pick ‘n’ Mix prepared?
A: Our Pick ‘N’ Mix is prepared daily by our team in our clean Candy Factory(its an office in Blackpool really)
Q: Would there be any cross contamination with non vegan sweets?
A: We only store vegan sweets so NO.
Q: What if I enter the wrong shipping address?
A: Please ensure shipping details are correct at the time of ordering, this cannot be changed once your order has been dispatched. Any orders not received due to incorrect delivery addresses entered by the customer will not be replaced by Little Suckers
If an incorrect address has been entered, you should contact us immediately before your order is dispatched.
Refunds will not be issued for any undelivered orders due to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
If Little Suckers receive an order back due to an incomplete delivery address, this will not be re-delivered by Little Suckers. A re-delivery charge would need to be paid before this will be sent out. This would be at the same price of what your original delivery was on your original order.
Q: What if there is out of stock products?
A: At times there may be stock issues with our various suppliers. If your order contains up to ONE product which are out of stock we will continue with your order and provide extra of your chosen choices or add something else. We will only get in touch if there are two or more products out of stock, if there is no response after 24 hours after our contact we will go ahead and add something else
